Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and develop the Payment Operations team to ensure high performance and professional growth
Ensure compliance with credit union procedures and regulations, including Regulation E
Review and approve wire transfer requests, check adjustments, and ACH transactions
Investigate and resolve fraudulent debit card, check, and ACH activities
Troubleshoot debit card denials and other related issues
File chargebacks for debit card fraud and dispute claims
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated inquiries from staff and credit union members
Deliver high-quality work during periods of increased volume

Required

Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in payment operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong background in fraud analysis, investigation, and prevention
Prior experience in a payment operations role is essential
In-depth knowledge of credit union regulations

Preferred

Experience with financial systems such as Symitar and FedLine
