Responsibilities
Provide legal representation for clients involved in automobile accidents, insurance claims, and personal injury cases
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests

Represent clients in court for hearings, depositions, and trials
Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and other parties involved in the case
Qualification
Required
NJ or NY bar
Recent experience in auto / motor vehicle, general liability, or insurance defense
