Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspections of custom switchgear and standard control assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Support quality activities related to the launch of new projects, including first of kind inspections, process validations, and documentation reviews
Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions by cataloging into a computer system
Support internal standard work audits and ISO9001 compliance efforts
Support process partners with wiring and training as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in electrical or mechanical assembly
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to follow standard work
Basic computer skills
Preferred
Experience with switchgear or electrical equipment assembly
Exposure to new product introduction (NPI) or project launch environments
Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, multimeters, etc.)
