Responsibilities
Own the end to end experience across marketing, product, and growth
Work on marketing landers, funnels, signup and account flows
Focus on core product UX and key in product journeys
Conduct A/B tests and CRO experiments in partnership with growth and data
Develop a pragmatic design system aligned with our Vue based frontend
Improve marketing landers, signup flows, and early product experiences tied directly to conversion and activation
Decide what to design and why, not just execute tickets
Help shape design foundations as the product and team scale
Design systems and experiences that can extend to future products and brand surfaces, ensuring consistency, clarity, and scalability over time
Qualification
Required
6 to 10 years of UX UI experience with a portfolio that includes funnels, product flows, and experimentation work
Design with both user outcomes and business metrics in mind
Hands on experience with funnels, conversion, and or A B testing
Enough frontend literacy such as HTML, CSS, component thinking, and Vue or React concepts to collaborate closely with engineers
Enjoy shipping, learning, and iterating in a startup environment
Comfortable taking ownership and growing into a Lead IC role over time
