Responsibilities

Own the global learning and upskilling strategy across onboarding, ongoing development, coaching, and advanced programs

Design scalable learning pathways that improve readiness, performance, and client outcomes

Identify emerging skill needs (including AI) and proactively build future-ready programs

Lead and develop our Success Team Coaches, setting clear expectations and quality standards

Build coaching frameworks that support performance, growth, and retention

Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Lead our AI Accelerator and advanced skills initiatives

Partner with internal subject-matter experts to develop high-impact curriculum

Design bespoke onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients

Define success metrics for onboarding, training, and upskilling programs

Analyze trends and share insights with leadership

Continuously refine learning experiences based on data and feedback
