Lead implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules
Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
Deploy and manage MID Servers
Optimize CMDB health, relationships, and data quality
Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management
Provide architectural guidance and best practices

Required

Experience: 8+ Years
Lead implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules
Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
Deploy and manage MID Servers
Optimize CMDB health, relationships, and data quality
Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management
Provide architectural guidance and best practices
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM
Expertise in Discovery patterns and Service Mapping
Strong understanding of infrastructure and cloud environments

Preferred

ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITOM preferred
