The role involves creating user-friendly website designs, measuring social media campaign success, and collaborating with sales and website teams to promote products and events.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize original website design ideas with a focus on user friendly interfaces
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Collaborate with Sales and Website teams
Advertise upcoming sales on social media
Plan and advertise upcoming events on social media
Assist Sales with promotion of products to current and new customers
Other tasks as assigned by management

Required

Ability to use and learn Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs such as Counter Point sales system
Knowledge of firearms and law enforcement/first responder equipment

Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate consistent organizational skills
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
Ability to accept constructive criticism and adapt to guidance
Ability to store information in paper and digital form in an organized manner
Social media knowledge and proficiency
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, WordPress, and WooCommerce knowledge

Preferred

Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the firearms or LE/MIL equipment industry preferred but not required
Graphics Design knowledge preferred but not necessary
