Responsibilities
Making sure commission payments are processed and reconciled like clockwork
Handling imports of commission statements
Working with insurance providers and lenders daily
Solving email and banking queries with a smile
Delivering top-notch customer service over the phone
Keeping our banking platform and systems accurate and up to date
Qualification
Required
Experience in a financial environment (or a keen interest to learn!)
Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Microsoft Office know-how (Word, Excel, Teams)
A sharp eye for detail and great organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
