Handle invoicing, job close-out, and follow-ups
Maintain organization of paperwork, permits, and job records
Support payroll, time tracking, and basic HR administration
Enforce company processes, scripts, and standards
Communicate clearly with ownership on issues, trends, and improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Comfortable making decisions and enforcing processes
Excellent communication (phone, text, email)
Ability to manage multiple priorities without panic
Detail-oriented, but able to see the big picture
Preferred
Experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
