The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Ensure timely and accurate shipping of products to customers

Organize and store inventory in designated locations for easy retrieval

Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy

Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Follow company procedures for labeling, storing, and documenting materials

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Report safety hazards or violations to the supervisor immediately

Work closely with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues

Assist in training new warehouse employees when needed
