Responsibilities
Build & Lead: Recruit, train, and grow a high performing team of technicians across domestic and international locations
Scale the Program: Develop and adapt our maintenance programs to meet the needs of a rapidly scaling fleet
Operational Excellence: Plan and coordinate fleet-wide retrofits and regular maintenance schedules to ensure mission readiness
Technical Oversight: Perform inspections and test subsystems to verify aircraft performance ahead of flight campaigns
Drive Innovation: Use your hands-on experience to provide feedback to engineering, helping us build more serviceable and reliable aircraft
Qualification
Preferred
Experience managing technical teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment (1-3 years)
Hands-on expertise with complex systems (3-8 years) (aviation, electric, or autonomous systems preferred)
Ability to develop fleet-level tracking systems and manage complex technical documentation
Comfortable coordinating operations across different time zones and traveling internationally to support our customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extreme attention to detail and a critical-thinking approach to problem-solving
FAA A&P certification is a plus
