Project Specialist
The University of Southern California's Department of Family Medicine is seeking a Project Specialist to support their Workforce Development and Education team. The role involves assisting with grants, designing educational programming, conducting research, and managing project deliverables.

Responsibilities
Assisting in the design of study protocols
Qualitative and quantitative data collection including facilitation of focus groups
Contributes to statistical analysis of data and generates visual aids or other knowledge products to demonstrate findings
Assists in constructing workplans and tracking progress
Coordinates and contributes to project reporting and developing research materials
Supports investigators on the writing of articles and research papers
Coordination of grant related activities, events, or protocols
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
2 years of relevant work experience
Experience with data collection and analysis
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with office software
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to be decisive and adaptable
Preferred
Master's degree
3 years of relevant work experience
