Intel Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Compiler Engineer to join their compiler team. The role focuses on developing an MLIR-based compiler to enhance performance on Intel deep learning accelerators and GPUs, bridging advanced compiler technology with systems optimization.

Responsibilities
Join our compiler team and contribute to the development of an MLIR-based compiler that drives performance improvements on Intel deep learning accelerators/GPU
Designing and implementing compiler infrastructure to generate high-performance kernels for AI, and machine learning
This role bridges advanced compiler technology with systems optimization, enabling domain-specific performance across heterogeneous architectures (GPUs and accelerators)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's and 6+ years of experience OR Master's degree and 3+ years of experience OR PhD degree and 1+ years of experience. The degree should be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
Years of experience mentioned above should be in C++ and modern software development practices
1+ years of experience in high-performance computing or parallel programming including vectorization, loop optimizations, and memory hierarchy optimization
Development on Linux
Preferred
Strong experience with compiler design and middle-end optimizations, preferably using MLIR and LLVM
Experience with code generation, performance analysis, and tuning for hardware accelerators
Knowledge of dataflow graphs, IR transformation, and optimization techniques
