3+ years expLEVELOCITI is a boutique CPA and advisory firm that partners with small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. They are seeking a Fully Remote Accounting Supervisor to support the Accounting Manager and oversee the day-to-day accounting work delivered by their team.

Responsibilities
Supervise, review, and support day-to-day accounting work performed by junior accountants and bookkeepers
Review monthly and quarterly financials, reconciliations, and close activities
Support payroll processing, payroll setup, and payroll tax filings using Gusto
Provide mentorship, guidance, and ongoing feedback to junior team members
Partner with the Accounting Manager to manage workflow, deadlines, and priorities
Assist with resolving accounting issues, client questions, and compliance matters
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and accuracy
Qualification
Required
3+ years of public accounting experience required
At least 1 year of supervisory, senior, or review experience
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) required
Hands-on experience with Gusto required
Solid understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and payroll processes
Experience supervising or reviewing the work of junior team members
Strong communication and organizational skills in a remote environment
Preferred
CPA or EA is a plus, but not required
