Responsibilities
Organize and format project documents, reports, and correspondence with precision
Review contracts for quality compliance, identify issues, and coordinate solutions
Maintain well-structured paper and electronic files
Support project managers by updating quality activities in company systems
Navigate platforms like ProjectWise, EBS, and BI with confidence
Apply quality assurance standards for document management
Assist with meetings, presentations, and internal quality documentation
Work across multiple projects and teams while adapting to process changes
Represent the company professionally with clients
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Experience in data entry, filing, and copying
Knowledge of quality assurance and document control
Skills in administrative support and project management
Familiarity with Power BI
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of related experience
