Responsibilities

Design, execute, and maintain Risk & Opportunity Management Plans for both portfolios
Chair the monthly R&O Management Board, ensuring risks and opportunities are reviewed, assigned, and tracked
Partner with IPT leads to align risk handling with the Integrated Master Schedule and program baselines
Maintain live risk/opportunity registers and produce executive dashboards
Identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and drive adoption of best‑in‑class R&O tools

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Experience in leading end-to-end Risk & Opportunity processes
Ability to guide Integrated Project Teams
Experience in designing, executing, and maintaining Risk & Opportunity Management Plans
Experience in chairing management boards and ensuring risks and opportunities are reviewed, assigned, and tracked
Ability to partner with IPT leads to align risk handling with the Integrated Master Schedule and program baselines
Experience in maintaining live risk/opportunity registers and producing executive dashboards
Ability to identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and drive adoption of best-in-class R&O tools

Preferred

Prior experience using the ROADS risk management application
Understanding of IMS and how risk mitigation plans affect schedule baselines
