Senior RevOps Strategist
New Breed is HubSpot's most accredited and tech-enabled Solutions Partner, and they are seeking a Senior RevOps Strategist to lead complex, client-facing HubSpot strategy and implementation. This role involves optimizing revenue operations across the customer lifecycle and ensuring clients realize value on time and within scope.

Responsibilities
Understand each client’s business and design scalable HubSpot systems that translate their goals into effective configurations, integrations, automations, data management, and reporting across all Hubs
Drive revenue operations strategy across the full customer lifecycle. Map and optimize lead routing, nurturing, and management processes
Build marketing and sales reporting frameworks that improve visibility into funnel performance, pipeline efficiency, and customer retention
Lead client onboarding and establish an ongoing communication cadence. Confirm scope, success criteria, stakeholders, and communication preferences
Act as the project manager for your accounts: own timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to keep projects on track and within budget
Manage all project details in project management software. Maintain tasks, update progress, close sprints, and proactively communicate risks or changes
Deliver client training and enablement to promote HubSpot adoption, reinforce best practices, and empower teams to achieve measurable results
Qualification
Required
3+ years leading complex, multi-hub HubSpot solutions within an agency or consulting environment
Advanced proficiency across multiple Hubs, with proven experience designing scalable, cross-hub systems
Exceptional client communication and consulting skills, with the ability to uncover strategic needs and translate them into scalable HubSpot architectures
Expert in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects; mentors peers on delivery excellence and maintains oversight of project timelines and budgets
