Responsibilities

Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign energy infrastructures, systems, resources, facilities and installations, networks, and equipment

Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements

Produce strategic-level assessments and products that address foreign electric power generation, transmission, and distribution systems as well as their related infrastructures and networks

Share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring

Required

3+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and input to IC databases

Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments

Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Preferred

3+ years of experience with energy infrastructures, systems, resources, facilities and installations, networks, and equipment, including electric power, oil, and gas production or generation, transmission, and distribution systems, along with oil and gas reserves

Experience with network development tools and methods

Knowledge of electric power plants or oil pipelines or refineries and associated equipment

Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards

Knowledge of the EUCOMAOR
