Our client, Virtual Networx, is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer who will be responsible for providing ServiceNow scoped applications and managing CI/CD pipelines for catalog items. The role requires deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM product capabilities, along with leading development efforts with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

All typical responsibilities of a ServiceNow lead developer/ technical consultant

Proven success as a lead consultant operating with minimal oversight

Deep expertise in ITSM & ITOM product capabilities

Expert in service catalog, ITSM process integration, data foundations (CMDB & CSDM), flow designer, integration hub, REST APIs, scoped applications

Provide ServiceNow scoped application containing catalog items for use cases mentioned below

CI/CD pipelines which will orchestrate the fulfillment phase for the relevant ServiceNow catalog items

Assist customer with the items in the following initial backlog, to be reviewed and prioritized by the customer during regular Sprint planning and Backlog grooming

Building on-prem ADO Agent images for Kubernetes (Tanzu)

Azure DevOps Image registry / Image repository solution

Deploying Azure DevOps on-prem Agents

Categorizing Azure DevOps on-prem Agents according to capabilities, locations, etc

Creation of Azure DevOps Pipelines to execute existing ansible playbooks, consuming relevant inputs from ServiceNow for:

VM provisioning

Power Operations

Snapshots

CyberArk Conjure integration method

Execution of ansible-lint and yaml-lint processing during merge/pull requests

Integration into ServiceNow for updates to ITSM Requests and/or CMDB/AMDB Data as required
