Responsibilities

Efficient management of competing priorities under deadlines
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related activities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
Strong Project Management skills with the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and schedules
Experience in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate resources and supplies effectively
Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in commercial construction or subcontracting is advantageous
