Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and system configuration for a wide variety of software applications used across the organization
Manage server maintenance activities, including patching and remediation of security vulnerabilities
Troubleshoot application and system issues, performing root-cause analysis and delivering timely resolutions
Create, maintain, and monitor batch jobs and associated scripts to ensure reliable system operations
Collaborate with internal teams and build strong working relationships with external vendors to support application performance and enhancements
Research, evaluate, and recommend process and system improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction
Support application initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle—from planning and implementation to ongoing support and optimization
Develop and maintain system documentation for application configurations, workflows, and training materials
Monitor system performance by continuously assessing the performance of non-Epic applications and implement necessary changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Participate in testing efforts for application updates, new implementations, and business process changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field — Required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and project management within healthcare or IT systems — Required
Preferred
Experience with non-Epic applications or similar enterprise applications — Preferred
Experience in functional analysis, process optimization, and system administration — Preferred
