Responsibilities
Lead the marketing and creative operations teams to deliver on-time, on-budget, and high-quality creative and content that aligns with brand and business priorities
Lead the creative team (design, copy, production) and uphold high standards for all visual and written output
Oversee creative operations: workflow, resourcing, timelines, tools, and approvals
Manage campaign development from brief to delivery, ensuring ideas are on-brand and tied to business goals in partnership with brand team
Partner with Brand, Merchandising, Wholesale Sales, eComm, Retail, and APAC channels to align marketing and creative with product and channel priorities
Optimize content production for speed, quality, and cost efficiency
Use data and performance insights to inform creative and marketing decisions
Manage budgets for creative, content, and marketing production
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing + creative organization
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of experience in leading marketing operations, creative operations, integrated marketing, or related leadership roles
Proven track record overseeing creative teams (design, copy, production) and delivering high-volume, high-quality content across channels
Experience translating brand and marketing strategies into executable plans, workflows, and creative outputs
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with Merchandising, Product, eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale, and external partners
Strong background managing creative and production budgets, resource allocation, and vendor/agency relationships
Experience implementing tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and creative output quality (e.g., project management platforms, DAM systems, briefing tools)
Ability to connect brand strategy to compelling creative and content that drives business results
Exceptional operational planning and project management skills; adept at building timelines, production calendars, and workback schedules
Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams and leadership levels
Skilled at managing complex workflows, balancing competing priorities, and maintaining clarity and momentum across teams
Comfortable making data-informed decisions and using insights to optimize creative and marketing execution
High level of organization and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality, consistency, and on-time delivery
Ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement scalable solutions
