This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, fast-paced financing transactions alongside a collaborative and highly experienced team, with meaningful client-facing responsibilities and leadership opportunities.

Qualification
Required
MUST have 2-6 years of experience representing issuers, investors, and/or back leverage providers in asset-based and structured finance transactions
Experience with warehouse lending facilities, forward flow transactions, whole loan transfers, and repurchase agreements
Experience with securitization or securitization-related matters
Experience managing components of transactions independently
Experience managing associate teams and contributing to a collaborative, client-facing practice
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills
MUST be a member in good standing of the New York State Bar
MUST have strong academic credentials and prior Big Law experience
Law school class years 2020–2022 (or equivalent experience range)
