Responsibilities

Support the decomposition of Statements of Work (SOW) into actionable, cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions

Design and oversee the implementation of critical cybersecurity capabilities

Work with internal and external teams to enhance Cyber Resiliency across a portfolio of Owego programs

Lead the effort to streamline the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and accelerate Authority to Operate (ATO) approvals

Oversee the development of cybersecurity artifacts, ensuring compliance with industry standards like NIST 800-53

Lead efforts to achieve and maintain ATO for systems and technologies

Required

Ability to maintain a government DoD SECRET level clearance

Strong technical expertise in Cyber Resiliency and Security Engineering with a deep understanding of NIST 800-53 controls

Experience implementing modern cybersecurity solutions and understanding of DEVSECOPS initiatives to enhance system resilience

Comfortable supporting technical discussions and collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Proven track record of achieving system Authority to Operate (ATO) and driving compliance in complex environments

Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing technical requirements and challenges

Preferred

Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience

Experience using Security Center/ACAS – Assured Compliance Assessment Solution

Scripting experience (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Familiarity with security architecture design, security audit tools, security requirements generation, security testing

Familiarity with RTCA DO-356

Experience navigating and securing Linux and Windows

Ability to analyze security reports and mitigate security vulnerabilities
