Responsibilities
Develop and oversee design concepts in close collaboration with Principal and team members while ensuring alignment with project narratives
Manage project workflows, timelines, and budgets across all phases
Lead documentation efforts and ensure quality standards are met
Coordinate directly with consultants and guide project teams
Oversee permit processes and provide leadership during construction administration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with 6+ years of experience
Expertise in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction systems, and detailing
Proven ability to manage projects and mentor team members
Excellent communication and leadership skills for client and team interactions
Ability to be on-site, in office 5 days a week
