Responsibilities

Monitors the IT Support Application, resolves as many tickets as possible, and assigns remaining tickets to second level support

Provides network preventative maintenance services to ensure network integrity

Review and resolve detected vulnerabilities

Monitor and review cyber system generated alerts

Perform and maintain inventories

Generate and review compliance and audit reports

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university

Must have experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office tools

Familiarity with Windows server operating systems

Must work well in both team and individualized tasks

Must have experience with or the aptitude and willingness to learn: Basic PC Maintenance, Software Installation and Configuration, Basic Computer Networking, Basic Firewall Configuration, Basic Internet Application Development and Deployment

Must possess initiative and the ability to learn quickly

Must possess the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Must possess critical thinking to analyze and correlate various alerts
