Paid Search Manager

Responsibilities
Research, build, launch, and manage successful Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns
Create and deliver meaningful insights through analytics and reporting on client calls
Ensure campaigns are meeting objectives, optimizing campaigns as needed
A/b Testing & pushing clients forward with new tactics, BETAs, and other opportunities
Budget pacing & optimization
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Paid Search experience (Automotive experience a plus)
Experience managing various tactics including: Search, PMax, Shopping, Vehicle Ads
Proven record of managing clients (Agency experience a plus)
Experience with Merchant Center a plus
Experience using Google Ads Editor, Excel/Google Sheets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills, GA4 experience, and ability to relate results to business objectives
Ability to self-manage time and project workload in a remote environment
Team player. Strong desire to collaborate with internal and client teams
