Responsibilities

Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Inspect and maintain equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, and generators
Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance team members

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a relevant field is preferred

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Preferred

Technical certification or degree in a relevant field
