Responsibilities
Follows manufacturing procedures, including documentation of product traceability
Operates the required manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner using designated tools
Meets established production standards
Completes assembly-related tasks like gluing, heat-shrinking, and resistance welding
Supports research and development projects, as needed
Performs press setups, as required
Reads, comprehends and performs duties as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Follows all start up and shut down procedures
May provide temporary support to other production teams as business needs demand
Meets expectations of regular, reliable attendance
Other Duties as Needed: Any other duties and tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordination
Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to meet deadlines and priorities
Preferred
Experience using a microscope/reticle
Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding and inspection
Clean room component or device level manufacturing experience
Knowledge of ISO 13485 (current) Standards
