Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Drive the design and development of scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, and Azure services
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, cloud architecture, and DevOps
Oversee the implementation of secure, compliant solutions tailored for the Life Insurance industry
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years in software development
3+ years in leadership roles
Strong experience in Life Insurance domain
Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and related technologies
Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and SQL Server
Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
