The Delivery Scheduling Specialist role involves creating an engaging experience for customers during RV delivery, confirming appointments, assisting with the purchasing process, and providing excellent customer service throughout their experience.

Travel

Responsibilities

Create an engaging and fun experience for customers upon taking delivery of their RV
Call customers to confirm appointments and communicate important information
Assist customers by stepping them through the process of the RV purchase
Help answer questions and resolve issues by leading customers to the appropriate personnel
Entry data, such as appointment information/customer information/issues/notes in different logs
Communicate with all departments via emails, radio, phones and face-to-face
Provide amazing customer service throughout their whole experience

Required

Minimum of a High School Diploma is required
Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
Previous Customer Service experience is required, ideally within retail setting
People oriented, interacting positively with clients and other team members
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Able to effectively troubleshoot and address/resolve customer complaints and issues
Attentiveness, decision-making, adaptability and relationship development are all keys to success in this positions
Strong organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking is essential
Experience in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and other basic computer programs
