Responsibilities

Proven experience leading DevSecOps/DevOps adoption in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, HIPAA)
Demonstrated experience with data platform transformations, ERP modernization (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), or R&D system migrations (e.g., PLM, MES, LIMS)
Experience leading global programs across engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial organizations
Evidence of technical debt reduction and system rationalization across complex, validated systems
Strong understanding of regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements
Program management mastery with certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe SPC, CSM, ITIL v4, AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
