Responsibilities

Reach out to new law firm contacts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Research accounts to identify key contacts and personalize outreach
Manage your day in Salesforce CRM and track all tasks, activities, interactions, notes, etc
Follow up (immediately) on inbound leads to convert interest into meetings
Collaborate with your Account Executive teammates to make a smooth handoff that ensures a productive meeting for your prospect
Celebrate your wins and learn from your misses — growth is part of the job
Actively engage in sales training programs

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience as a BDR OR in a similar professional sales role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to engage prospects and convey value propositions on calls and in writing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with modern B2B sales processes and techniques
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
