Responsibilities

Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for the Agentic AI Platform
Lead and develop a high-performing product management and design team
Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization
Use data and analytics to guide product decisions, measure AI effectiveness, and drive outcomes
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market execution
Engage customers and industry stakeholders to inform product direction and validate value
Own commercial success, including adoption, revenue growth, margin, and NPS

Required

Relevant product management experience, including senior leadership of platforms or portfolios
Strong background in B2B SaaS, AI/ML
Proven success in launching and scaling new products or platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills
Passion for customer-centric, data-driven product innovation

Preferred

Automotive technology experience is preferred
