Responsibilities
The Team Leader supports the department's daily operations and has an important and challenging role, one that is visible to others and requires professionalism and sound judgement skills
They provide leadership to work teams and ensure that associate work assignments are accomplished according to developed standard work instructions
They work with the supervisor and leadership to ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are achieved. They will provide coaching to associate in conflict resolution with tact and in alignment with company policies and procedures
The Team Leader will be expected to lead the team by example and will employee communication in Tier meetings as needed
The Team Leader is a member of the Temple Emergency Response Team (T.E.R.T) and will be trained and expected to respond in emergency situations. Overtime is required

Qualification
Required
Demonstrated leadership and training skills
Remain in good standing (no more than 5 attendance incidents and no Step 2 Corrective Action.)
Ability to solve problems and make decisions
Knowledge of company policies and procedures and ability to ensure compliance
Effective written and verbal communication skill
Proven ability to communicate problem solving and new employee training
Lock out tag out certification
T.E.R.T (Temple Emergency Response Team)
