Responsibilities
Administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs
Develop and oversee the completion of the MAP Plan
Provide monthly progress notes and weekly student updates
Facilitate weekly group meetings
Conduct assigned responsibilities with respect, consideration, encouragement, positive guidance, and utilization of resources towards the youths’ overall success
Qualification
Required
Be empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect
Have a desire to work with troubled teens
Have a BA/BS in a related field
Have prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
