Helpdesk CSR
Nesco Resource is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Service team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with onboarding new customers while maintaining accurate account records.

Responsibilities
Handle basic customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat
Resolve routine issues like phone activations, order tracking, and general complaints
Escalate more complex problems to senior team members when necessary
Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate account records
Help coordinate with service providers, help desks, and other teams to ensure great service
Perform data entry and process customer orders
Act as an intermediary to prevent unnecessary upselling from service providers
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing or high-volume environment
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A patient, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
The ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances
Preferred
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
