Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional communication and support
Schedule appointments, prepare client files, and assist with onboarding new clients
Assist with the preparation of client financial reports under the supervision of accounting staff
Coordinate with IT support for troubleshooting and system upgrades
Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Ensure cost-effective purchasing and inventory management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of office management or administrative experience
Strong knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, or similar systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred, but not required
CPA firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
