Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers and other partners, effectively communicating the value of our Non-QM products
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Non-QM loan products, including guidelines, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively educate and assist brokers
Create and implement sales strategies to target new broker accounts while enhancing service to existing partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings related to Non-QM products. Provide insights to the team and recommend adjustments to our approach
Offer training and ongoing support to brokers on our products, underwriting guidelines, and submission processes to ensure their success in selling our offerings
Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and operations, to streamline processes and enhance the overall broker experience
Gather and communicate feedback from brokers regarding product offerings and market needs to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale mortgage lending, with a strong emphasis on Non-QM products
Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage industry, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships in a wholesale environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with mortgage software and CRM systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
