Responsibilities
Translating complex engineering blueprints and parts lists into clear, step by step work instructions for production technicians
Supporting root cause analysis of component nonconformances and ensuring effective corrective actions are appropriate and implemented
Providing technical guidance and in-person support to technicians to maximize performance and quality
Qualification
Required
Organized with good attention-to-detail
Self-starting approach to work activities
Translating complex engineering blueprints and parts lists into clear, step by step work instructions for production technicians
Supporting root cause analysis of component nonconformances and ensuring effective corrective actions are appropriate and implemented
Providing technical guidance and in-person support to technicians to maximize performance and quality
Knowledge of creation, edit, and/or maintenance manufacturing bills of material and manufacturing principles
Experience reading engineering drawings and understanding and utilizing geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Space or industry equivalent tools (ERP/SAP, EPDM, VE-CAMS, PMP Database, etc.)
