Project Manager for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System Implementation
Confidential company is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the Legal department representative for a full-scale CLM system implementation. The role involves developing project plans, managing system implementation, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.

Responsibilities
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, software vendors, and end-users to ensure successful deployment
RFP Management: Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including gathering business requirements, identifying vendors, and coordinating demos with bidders
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Purchasing, IT, and Finance to ensure requirements are met
System Oversight: In collaboration with IT, oversee system setup, customization, and user training
Resource Management: Manage the project budget and resources to ensure the system is delivered on time
Reporting: Provide regular oral and written reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel regarding budget, task assignments, and implementation status
Documentation: Assist Legal staff with developing user manuals, training materials, and organizational policies for the new system
Qualification
Required
Prior experience implementing a contract management system is required
A minimum of three years of experience in software implementation project management
A Bachelor's degree or a project management certification is required
Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Prior experience working with in-house counsel, a law firm, or a contract department is preferred
