Carrier Enterprise is a leading national distributor of HVAC products, seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Engineer for their commercial HVAC products. This role involves providing customer sales support, configuring and quoting technical solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Respond to Business Opportunities: Respond to new business opportunities based on sales leads from Account or Sales Managers and generate quotes for commercial sales with assigned accounts

Support Sales Team: Assist Account Managers and Sales Managers with new and existing accounts, and introduce new products to Engineers and Mechanical Contractors

Complete Bids and Submittals: Complete bids, submittals, and take-offs based on plan reviews and specifications in support of commercial sales

Follow-Up: Follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals to finalize the sale

Customer Interaction: Engage extensively with customers, manufacturers, and the sales team via phone and email

Training: Assist with training for our Commercial dealers as needed

Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues in alignment with the company’s mission, values, and financial objectives

Identify Sales Opportunities: Identify and communicate customer needs and sales opportunities to drive future growth

Travel: Travel as needed with the Sales Team to support presentations and trade show activities
