Commercial Sales Manager - SE

Responsibilities
Lead Regional Strategy: Direct SolarEdge's commercial and industrial growth across the LATAM Market
Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that expand our market share and increase adoption of our complete technology ecosystem
Manage Strategic Accounts: Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients across manufacturing, agriculture, retail, REITs, education, and healthcare sectors
Optimize Channel Performance: Coordinate sales activities through EPCs, developers, and distribution partners while developing direct relationships with key decision-makers
Provide Market Intelligence: Deliver actionable insights on regional market trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements to inform product and strategy decisions
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering, product management, and executive leadership to align our offerings with market demands
Qualification
Required
Experience navigating multiple channels to market including distribution, EPCs, project developers, and end users
Demonstrated ability to close significant commercial deals and exceed revenue targets consistently
Technical understanding of commercial solar PV systems and energy infrastructure
Bachelor's degree required; technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
Track record of building and maintaining productive client relationships at multiple organizational levels
Experience with enterprise sales cycles and financial justification of capital investments
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
English & Spanish Fluency
Preferred
Strategic approach to territory development and account planning
Ability to articulate complex technical and financial concepts to various stakeholders
Self-motivation and disciplined execution in a remote work environment
Collaborative mindset that leverages company resources effectively
