Responsibilities
Work hybrid remote
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record navigating complex land development issues and zoning regulations
This role involves regular interaction with local governments, planning commissions, and zoning boards, as well as collaboration with developers, engineers, and community stakeholders
Transactional Attorneys – draft documents, documents specifying terms of sales and leases, contracts between developers and county governments, and covenants establishing homeowner and condominium associations
Litigation Attorneys – filings, public hearings, trials, working with shareholders, working on complex litigation cases in both VA federal and state courts
Qualification
Required
VA bar
Recent experience in Land Use & Zoning
