Responsibilities
Drive data-informed business decisions and lead process improvement initiatives
Determine key data points and metrics necessary for tracking and enhancing business performance
Evaluate and implement Business Intelligence (BI) tools as needed to support organizational goals
Develop clear, easy-to-interpret reports that translate data into actionable insights
Partner with leadership to prioritize and implement recommended changes
Apply statistical methods to identify opportunities for operational improvement and streamline processes
Collaborate with department managers to establish consistent data collection standards and guidelines
Support leaders by analyzing ROI on capital expenditures and tracking spend against forecasts
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
At least two (2) years of experience in business analytics
Extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High levels of accuracy, timeliness, and dependability
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
Ability to assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise
