Responsibilities
Provide L4-level production support, troubleshooting, and RCA for .NET/SQL applications
Handle incident, problem, and change/Release management activities
Develop minor enhancements and improvements using .NET Core and SQL Server
Optimize SQL queries and application performance
Support Azure-based deployments and monitoring (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL)
Collaborate with support and product teams for seamless operations
Qualification
Required
8+ years in .NET (C#, .NET Core, APIs)
Strong MS SQL expertise
Hands-on Azure experience (App Services, Azure SQL, DevOps)
AMS experience with production support and performance tuning
Strong debugging, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills
Basic Project Management knowledge
Having strong communication skills is essential for working effectively with customers
