Assistant Front Office Manager
Hyatt Regency Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to assist in managing the front desk operations. The role involves staff training, communication, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective complaint resolution.

Responsibilities
Maintain guest room inventory
Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt Service Standards and Procedures
Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
Maintain excellent communication with the housekeeping department
Analyze, investigate, and resolve guest complaints
Create expectations, lead people, manage processes, and hold people accountable for the agreed upon activities and time tables
Qualification
Required
2 Years minimal Front Office Supervisor or current Assistant Manager Level experience preferred
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays
