Responsibilities
Image and deploy Windows 11 computers using SCCM
Schedule and track deployments via ServiceNow
Perform desk-side hardware refreshes and reclaim old equipment
Transport and manage computer inventory (up to 50 lbs)
Update asset records in HAM Pro (ServiceNow)
Provide professional, customer-focused support to end users
Qualification
Required
2+ years of large-scale hardware deployment experience
Windows 11 imaging using SCCM
ServiceNow scheduling and asset updates
Ability to lift/move equipment
Preferred
HAM Pro experience
Apple iPhone deployment experience
