Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for laptops (Windows/Dell), iPhones, iPads, and printers. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
Manage assigned service tickets in accordance with SLA standards; proactively address unclaimed tickets. Experience with SysAid or similar ticketing systems preferred
Set up and configure Windows laptops using Autopilot and perform mobile device provisioning via Microsoft Intune (MDM)
Lead with a customer-first mindset by delivering clear, professional communication and support to both technical and non-technical users
Provide tailored IT support for senior leadership as needed
Assist users both in-person and remotely using Microsoft Teams and Remote Help tools
Support Microsoft Office Suite applications and related productivity software
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of hands-on experience in endpoint support, provisioning, and ticket management
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Dell laptops, and mobile devices (iPhone/iPad)
Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM), Autopilot, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support both onsite and remote users
Preferred
Experience with SysAid or similar ticketing systems
Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL frameworks
