Responsibilities
Being the face of the company in the PI ecosystem (events, masterminds, referrals, partnerships)
Driving revenue through relationships, partnerships, and influence, not just inbound
Leading and shaping growth strategy (not just managing a pipeline)
Building the company’s reputation and presence inside the legal community
Working closely with the CEO as a true commercial partner
Helping define what “growth” looks like at the leadership level
Qualification
Required
You are known and respected in the plaintiff PI world
You can get into rooms others can't
You understand how referrals, reputation, and trust actually drive buying decisions
You are commercially sharp, highly intelligent, and an excellent communicator
You're comfortable being visible — conferences, conversations, communities
You're not trying to run a generic SaaS playbook in a non-generic market
Former plaintiff-side trial lawyer who moved into leadership, BD, or tech
Senior growth, or BD leader from legal tech or legal AI with deep PI credibility
Litigation finance, or PI-capital background with strong firm-level relationships
